• Vendor Responsibility: Vendors on Vighper are responsible for listing their products accurately, including pricing, descriptions, and availability.
• Availability: We strive to ensure product availability but cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at all times. If a product is unavailable, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
4. Payment and Pricing
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment gateways.
• Pricing: Prices are determined by vendors and may vary. Vighper takes a 20% commission on each sale.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency displayed during checkout, and currency conversion rates may apply depending on your location.
5. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for shipping physical products to customers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
• Tracking: Vendors will provide tracking information once the product has been dispatched.
• Digital Products: Digital items will be available for download immediately after purchase.
6. Returns and Refunds
• Physical Products: You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and products must be returned in their original condition.

• Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for handling returns and refunds. If a refund is required after payout, the vendor will reimburse Vighper, and future payouts may be adjusted to cover the refund amount.

• Copyright: All content on Vighper, including logos, graphics, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without express permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Service Availability: While we aim to keep Vighper running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any losses caused by platform downtime, errors, or technical issues.
• Product Liability: Vighper is a marketplace platform, and vendors are responsible for the products they sell. We are not liable for product defects, damages, or issues arising from vendor transactions.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Vighper operates. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable local laws.
