To register as a vendor on Vighper, follow these steps: 

1. Create a New Account: 

Visit the Vighper website and click on the "Sign Up" button. You will be presented with two options: to open an account as a user or as a vendor. Select the "Vendor" option.

2. Enter Store Details: 

Fill in the required information about your store, including your business name, address, contact details, and any other necessary details.

3. Approval Process: 

Once you've submitted your store details, a Vighper representative will review your application to ensure your business meets the platform's requirements. This process is essential to maintain the quality and reliability of vendors on Vighper.

4. Approval Notification: 

If your store meets the requirements, you will receive an email notification confirming that your store has been approved.

5. Set Up Your Store: 

After approval, log in to your Vighper account. You can now set up your store by uploading your store logo and cover photo to make your storefront attractive and professional.

6. Start Selling: 

Once your store is set up, you can start listing your products and begin selling on Vighper.

Fees and Payments

- Commission: 

Vighper charges a small fee on each product sold. For example, if you sell a product for €100, Vighper might take a €10 commission.


- Zero Withdrawal Fees:  

There are no commission fees on withdrawals.


- Automatic Payments: 

Payments for your sales are processed automatically every 2 weeks. You will receive payments for all transactions completed in the previous weeks at the start of the new week.

 

1. Shipping Management


 

For Physical Products:


 

Local Shipping Partners: Vighper establishes partnerships with reliable shipping companies in each region (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local couriers) to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Centralized Warehousing: We use fulfillment centers or warehouses in strategic locations to store products closer to customers, reducing shipping times and costs.

Shipping Costs: Vendors clearly communicate shipping costs and options. They can either include shipping costs in the product price or offer free shipping by absorbing the cost.

Bulk Shipping Solutions: For bulk orders, vendors can ship multiple products to a central location, and Vighper handles the distribution to individual customers.


 

For Digital Products:


 

Automated Delivery: Vighper supports digital product delivery. Once a digital product is purchased, it can be automatically delivered to the customer via email or download link.

Purchase Codes: For added security, vendors can use purchase codes for access to digital products, ensuring that only the buyer can access the content.


 

2. Payment Processing


 

Multiple Payment Gateways: Vighper integrates various payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, local payment options) to cater to different regions.

Automated Payouts: We use an automated payout system to regularly disburse funds to vendors. Payments are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to ensure timely revenue distribution.

Currency Conversion: Vighper supports multiple currencies and handles currency conversion, so vendors are paid in their preferred currency.


 

3. Vendor Management


 

Onboarding and Support: Vighper provides a comprehensive onboarding process for new vendors, offering guidelines on listing products, setting prices, and handling shipping.

Performance Tracking: Our system tracks vendor performance, including sales, customer reviews, and shipping times, to maintain quality and address any issues promptly.

Communication: We maintain clear communication channels with vendors. Regular updates, newsletters, and a dedicated support team help resolve any queries or concerns.


 

4. Legal and Compliance


 

Contracts and Agreements: Vighper ensures clear contracts with vendors outlining terms of service, payment schedules, and responsibilities.

Taxes and Duties: We ensure compliance with tax regulations in each region, including collecting and remitting VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes.

Data Protection: Vighper adheres to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR in Europe) to protect customer and vendor information.


 

5. Technology and Platform


 

Robust E-commerce Platform: Vighper offers a reliable e-commerce platform that supports multi-vendor operations, automated payments, and robust reporting tools.

Inventory Management: Our inventory management system allows vendors to track stock levels, manage orders, and update product listings easily.


 


 

Vighper Return Policy and Payout Management


 

Managing returns and ensuring timely payouts can be challenging. To address this effectively, Vighper has established a robust system to handle returns and manage vendor payouts seamlessly.


 

1. Return Policy and Reserve Fund


 

Return Window: Vighper has a clear return policy with a defined return window 14 days. This policy is communicated to both customers and vendors.

Reserve Fund: A small percentage of each payout is held in reserve for a certain period (e.g., the length of the return window). This reserve covers potential returns and chargebacks.


 

2. Delayed Payouts


 

Hold Period: Payouts to vendors are delayed until the return window for their products has passed. For example, if the return window is 14 days, payouts are scheduled 15 days after the transaction.


 

3. Vendor Agreements


 

Refund Terms: Vendor agreements include terms that vendors are responsible for refunds on returned items. Vendors must reimburse Vighper for any returns processed after payouts have been made.

Chargebacks: If a vendor needs to reimburse for returns, the refund amount is deducted from future payouts.


 

4. Automated System


 

Automated Tracking: Vighper uses an e-commerce platform that tracks sales, returns, and payouts. This system automatically adjusts future payouts based on returns and deducts any owed amounts from the vendor’s account.


 

5. Customer Service


 

Effective Communication: Vighper has a strong customer service team to handle return requests and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth processing.

Return Shipping: We facilitate the return shipping process for customers to ensure products are returned promptly and in good condition.


 

Example Process


 

1.Order and Payout:

A customer purchases a product.

The sale amount is recorded, but a percentage (e.g., 10-20%) is held in reserve.

The remaining amount is scheduled for payout after the return window.

2.Return Request:

A customer requests to return a product within the return window.

The return is processed, and the reserve fund is used to refund the customer.

If the return exceeds the reserve fund, the excess is deducted from the vendor’s future payouts.

3.Vendor Reimbursement:

If the reserve fund is insufficient, the system tracks the owed amount and deducts it from future payouts to the vendor.

The vendor agreement ensures compliance with this policy.
